The Data & Compliance Team at Austin Achieve manages student information and student systems so you don't have to.
We have a responsibility to continually strive for accuracy in PEIMS data. PEIMS is the abbreviation for the Public Education Information Management System. It is a data collection system for gathering student, staff, financial, and organization data for school districts and education service centers.
In order to ACHIEVE Data Quality in PEIMS, we must be willing to work as a team to efficiently collect, communicate, code, and maintain all data. Here is a summary of the things we support the district with:

Annual Registration
It is time to re-register your scholar.
Re-registration allows parents/guardians to verify and update contact information, emergency contacts and health information for each child as well as complete required district forms and documents. This is required for ALL scholars attending Austin Achieve Public Schools except current graduating seniors.
You must submit an online re-registration form for each child enrolled at Austin Achieve. Scholars that do not have a completed re-registration on file will not be permitted to attend school in August until re-registration is completed.

For students who were enrolled for the 2023-24 school year: Austin Achieve Public School's registration process requires families of returning scholars-for those who attended an AAPS school in the 2023-24 school year- to verify and update information each school year. By replacing previous paper practices with an online process, the district is reducing paper waste, improving accuracy, increasing efficiency, and saving families time.
Families will be able to access the annual registration forms through their Ascender Parent Portal account.
- Click on the Registration Icon to start
- Go to "My Account" to link your missing scholar(s) to your portal account
- You will need to complete the registration process for each of your enrolled scholars
If you are still not able to access your Ascender Parent Portal account, please contact the campus front office or the Data & Compliance Team at 512-522-4190 or submit a ticket through Let's Talk (Annual Registration).

April 22 - Ascender Parent Portal Opens
May 3 - In-Person Assistance begins. Dates and locations listed below:
Austin Achieve Northeast Elementary: Saturday, May 4, 2024 | 8am - 12pm
Austin Achieve Middle School: Friday, May 3, 2024 | 11am - 4pm
Austin Achieve Pflugerville: Friday, May 24, 2024 | 11am - 5pm
Austin Achieve High School: Friday, June 7, 2024 | 10am - 3pm
