Scholars at graduation

Join us in changing the future of education.

Austin Achieve Public Schools provides it's scholars with access to a high-quality public education. Our unique approach combines rigorous academics, a social and emotional learning-based curriculum, and a restorative justice based approach to discipline.

Texas charter schools receive $1,500 less per scholar per year than traditional public schools.

Our supporters provide educational access for all scholars by contributing to our whole scholar approach to learning.

Funding Priorities

Reading Intervention

Scholars arrive at AAPS on average three grade levels behind in reading. We work with scholars in individualized settings to ensure they progress and reach grade-level reading proficiency year over year.

Computer Science

All scholars take computer science throughout their learning journey. By the time they reach high school, scholars are able to take and earn college credits in computer science.

College Readiness

This opportunity prepares scholars to excel on ACT tests during the college application process and beyond. Our College Counseling and College Completion teams work with scholars before, during, and after their enrollment in higher education to ensure they are set up for success.

Restorative Justice

Since 2014, Austin Achieve has had a zero suspension policy and instead offers a restorative justice curriculum for scholars facing disciplinary issues. As a result, scholars remain in school and benefit from social and emotional learning.
