Our website does not track, collect or share personal information not entered by visitors. Certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of visits and hits to the site, are generated by our site logs, but this information is used only by technical support staff to provide better service to online visitors. 

Credit Card Information

Austin Achieve Public Schools has contracted with a respected banking partner to process online credit card donations. Our banking partner's secure server encrypts credit card data for safe transmission over the internet. Feel assured our banking partner or AAPS will never release your credit card information to any other party. 

What Information Do We Collect?

When you request information or donate to AAPS, we require certain information, including your name, address and email. We may use this information to send you information about future AAPS events, programs or fundraising appeals. We will never sell your personal information to others and we do not participate in telemarketing activities. AAPS is delighted when young people visit our website to learn more about our school and mission; however, we do not knowingly solicit data from children or market to children. 

How Do We Use the Information Collected? 

AAPS may release personal information under limited circumstances, when: 

  1. Release is required by law or regulation, or is requested by a government agency. 
  2. Our records indicate a person may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices a government agency should be informed about. 
  3. A person's communication suggests possible harm to others.

Austin Achieve Public Schools maintains sole owner of the AAPS model. We do not license, franchise or endorse similar programs in other communities, nor do we bear responsibility or maintain oversight for the quality of programs developed by others. If other organizations seek and are provided our assistance, it is with clear understanding they are not associated or affiliated with AAPS and may not represent themselves as such. All contents of this website – including, but not limited to, text, graphics and designs – is protected and copyrighted under United States copyright laws and is the sole property of Austin Achieve Public Schools.
